This course strengthens foundational skills for personnel involved in security duties by emphasizing observation, reporting, and threat response. It highlights the importance of security awareness, risk assessment, teamwork, and legal compliance. Participants are trained to detect and deter unauthorized activities and assist in emergency situations. The course also touches on professionalism, ethical behavior, and interpersonal communication in security roles. Suitable for both private and corporate environments, it builds the operational confidence required for maintaining a secure and safe workplace.

What Will You Learn?
  • You will learn basic security protocols, including perimeter checks, asset protection, crowd management, and responding to alarms or disturbances. The course covers threat identification, suspicious package recognition, emergency response plans, and evacuation support. Participants are taught to log incidents clearly, escalate threats appropriately, and communicate with law enforcement. You'll also study surveillance system basics, conflict resolution techniques, and maintaining workplace confidentiality. Ethical behavior, discipline, and teamwork are emphasized throughout.
