Qualification
Education: SSC/Equivalent (Madrasa/Technical/Open) examination with minimum
GPA-3. Swimming – 50 meters.
Age/Height: 17-20 years. Minimum 5 feet 6 inches (Male) & Minimum 5 feet 3 inches (Female).
Examination: Written test (Bangla, English, Mathematics, General Knowledge)
VIVA WRITTEN
In Interview communication skill with verbal & Non-verbal communication techniques were taught. Every student needs to sit for interview for minimum 6 hours before an experienced coach. Again IQ, Eng, Beng, GK, Math- are taught with the previous model questions. Online Courses are also available. 03 days/week (min 06 hours) through zoom the classes are conducted.

ISSB- Regular Course
Candidates are prepared on IQ, PPDT, positive psychology, public speaking, group task, planning, situational test, physical tests, command task etc. with care. Separate simulation field exercises are associated with this study. Effective Quality learning methods are followed strictly. Tests are also being taken to assess the candidates.

For 91 BMA and BN 24A candidates the online courses are available. You may admit through bKash and attend online classes. The classes are conducted at night generally through zoom live. Also, the necessary tests are taken. The previous records are praiseworthy.

For viva written Tests, candidates will get exclusive interview session and written classes. For ISSB test, candidates will practice through the same environment as ISSB.
The chief Instructor is a Retd Officer from ISSB. In addition, he is a veteran psychologist and assessor. Besides him, a number of Ex defence personnel are engaged with this operation.
